This course covers basics of Florida home education law which anyone performing an evaluation should be familiar with. The course covers Florida law and Florida Dept. of Education policies on home education evaluations. Passing this course, as well as showing proof of appropriate credentials, is required to be listed on the Association of Florida Evaluators' public list of evaluators.
